Dharma is a beautiful Sanskrit word that means "purpose" or "path."

It refers to the unique calling and mission that each of us has in this world. Dharma is not something that is imposed on us, but rather something that comes naturally to us, a natural expression of who we are.

When we live in alignment with our dharma, life becomes joyful, meaningful, and fulfilling. We wake up each morning with a sense of purpose and excitement for the day ahead. Our work and our actions are in perfect alignment with our inner nature and our gifts, allowing us to make a positive impact on the world.

Discovering our dharma is not always easy, but it's a journey that is well worth taking. It involves questioning our beliefs and letting go of the expectations of others. It requires us to be open to new experiences and to trust our intuition.

The beauty of dharma is that it's unique to each of us. We each have our own path to follow, and we each have our own gifts to share with the world. When we embrace our dharma and live it fully, we become a shining light for others, inspiring them to find and live their own unique purpose.

Stay tuned for part 2 where we will be diving into the details of the different stages of discovering your Dharma.
